Pros

I enjoyed working from home. This job allowed me to have a good life and allowed me to have an abundant personal life.

Cons

Sometimes may be Tedious and can be overwhelming if you aren't a people person. Always changing rules of the call script and supervisors.

Everything about the job was horrible

Pros

ACT is an employee-owned company which offers flexible schedules, monthly bonus opportunities and good health benefits. The call center is a fun, energetic environment with strong leadership who are always there to support and help you achieve your goals. I have enjoyed working for the company for over 16 years.

Cons

The only suggestion would be a retirement plan but the company does have ESOP which helps a great deal.
