left alone from management to do your own job, they do not bother you with trying to look over your shoulder.

Cons

terrible communication between anyone from corporate office and individual sites. no one seems to have any answers when you do have a question, gets passed to someone else again and again until you give up. way understaffed. false promises to employees. high turn over rate

Pros

Great company to work for. They offer guidance and help any time you need them. Pay a great wage and do not expect anymore out of you that they won't do themselves. I've never felt overwhelmed as the workload is very reasonable. I've been with them for three years and enjoy it.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Working for ACH is an honor. The services that are provide to incarcerated individuals goes above and beyond any other healthcare agency where I have been employed. The support that is provided to one another, by all team members, is abundant and genuine. I feel respected, trusted and valued by ACH. ACH wants their employees to be successful and grow in their area of expertise.

Cons

The only con of working with ACH is that, due to the sites being spread out geographically, there is not a great deal of face-to-face interaction.
