      Employees are just pawns to Upper Management

      Pros

      ACH offers good salaries just be aware the expect 50, 60 or more hours a week in return. So calcate your actual wage per hour before you accept a position with them.

      Cons

      This is a family owned business and the CEO is the Grandfather who is currently in the prosses of turning it over to the three Granddaughters. Now they are young and highly educated, meaning book smart, but have really no actual hands on business experience. They are currently in the mind set of they know what is best and are proactively eliminating the older workforce by either reducing their hours or increasing their work load. This just makes the employees leave the company. So when you are reading the past reviews be aware of how long the writer has been with the Company. They all still have their rose colored glasses on. It really is not as all picture perfect as they are making it seem.

      Pros

      All of my RM have been really easy to work with, you can call or text at anytime with questions and have never felt like it was an inconvenience. I appreciate the training giving, and I love working with our jail staff. I enjoy my job every day instead of dread it like I have in other places. I like that we are able to work without someone looking over our shoulder. You have to be a self starter and not afraid to work alone.

      Cons

      As a site manager I would like more flexibility to call in sick if I needed to, but that being said, I don't like missing a day either.
