      Pros

      The pay is good and the jail staff are great to work with.

      Cons

      They went from the best nursing director to the worst. The regional nurse that comes in now is ok but she seems to be very busy. When the director comes in with her she just talks down to all of the nurses and tries to scare us all. I don't know how she got this job. She is not a nice person.

      Working with a different population that also needs and appreciates help . You leave work feeling like you made a difference .

      Cons

      Loved my job until this company took over . They don’t care about their employees , you are just a number . They will drop you in a heartbeat . They also could care less about the inmates or how they feel .
