Pros

Pay is better than most, but it comes at a price.

Cons

The company had a high turnover rate for both in the field at facilities and corporate. And there is no question as to why. Leadership will falsify their reasons based on an emotional response. They have no problem throwing their employees under the bus, even if there is no justification as to why. No second chances and they expect staff to run like robots. One small mistake and they will toss you aside.
