Pros

Easy interview process. They answered all questions and provided on the job training. Their nurse trainer was amazing. She was kind and patient and knew her stuff.

Cons

Limited access to equipment and supplies provided by the facility. Not always top shelf when budgets for the county can be limited. We made it work though. Staffing was an issue at times. More the jail fault and not the company though.

Benefits are good. Hours were flexible.

Cons

Management will turn on you if you don't take on more hours at different locations. The environment is clicky. They will promise you AODA certification and never deliver. I aired my grievances with management but instead of talking it out with me I was terminated. Limited training.
