      Pros

      An enduring commitment to safety, not just lip service. Excellent advancement opportunities, numerous training opportunities. Competent and professional coworkers. A company I am proud to work for. Management recognition of quality work.

      Cons

      As a service company, we do not have a product that I can recommend to, or have recognized by friends or family.

      Rewarding and Frustrating at the same time.

      Pros

      ATS has one of the best schedules you will find. I only work 14 nights a month, but am paid like I work 40 a week. The knowledge base is excellent as well, team work is great, and we use some of the most advanced equipment around. Training is mandatory for advancement, and people are never afraid to share what they know and have learned.

      Cons

      Biggest con is being a contractor, thus we do not control parts or downtime to maintain equipment. We are however held to the same standards as when the contracts were signed, even if we are not allowed to work on the machines on weekends cause production needs to run. HUGE double standard in that as far as I am concerned.

      well you could acquire knowledge on how to develop intial stage of projects before mass production implementations.

      High layoffs for irregular employees.
