Travel opportunities are abundant if you're into that. Some mid-level managers are pretty good, along with mid to lower level employees.
Cons
Senior management are all middle aged white men, need some diversity these days. People get selected for upper level positions that are mirror images of those in executive positions, they are VERY scared to promote and hire mid to high level employees that are different from themselves. They encourage and require all employees mid level and above to be "cheerleaders" and/or "salesmen". If you don't fit this bill you wont be around long unless you're on the factory floor. The reason is the product they sell is a bad buy, so corporate employees (all of them) have to be in constant sell mode so customers stick around and potential customers get persuaded into a contract they can't easily get out of. Also, this company is a union buster that goes into new maintenance contracts and fires the employees in that department then re-hires SOME of them to work for ATS, very bad business model for this day and age. Lots of animosity from customers they work next to day to day, making it a VERY difficult environment.
