Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback and some actionable suggestions on some improvements we can make. We have a new team this year that is responsible for employee engagement, retention and the complete employee experience, so we are looking at many of the things you suggested. This year, we implemented a new engagement survey we send every 6 months to technicians and are phasing in other populations. We take the results very seriously and a lot of time and effort goes into ensuring that we are communicating back to employees and creating action plans at the sites.
