Benefits and pay are ok.

Cons

Little to no support from upper management. ABM's and up are pretty much a joke with very little experience dealing with the customer directly beyond an initial contractual agreement. Site crews are easily taken advantage of once upper management leaves. No support from ABM's or GM's. The company is going downhill quickly. Lower level employees see the company as a stepping stone for more rewarding careers. Lower level employees are viewed as expendable assets with little incentive to strive for above and beyond efforts.
