Pros
Good applicant screening process. Decent marketing materials. Branches are generally friendly and staffed by competent individuals.
Cons
If you've ever worked in the staffing business with a small to mid-sized company, you'll hate working for Advantage. Don't ever let anyone tell you that Advantage is anything other than a sales organization. That is all that matters and there is no leeway in the process used to sell. You'll never have any job security at Advantage if you are below a Regional VP level. I've seen three Area Managers and 7 Branch Managers leave in under two years. A high stress, low reward company if I've ever seen one.
