Pros

Advantage does have decent benefits and most of the people at the branch level are nice to work with.

Cons

It seems like the easiest way to get hired or advance in the company is to have the name Randstad on your resume. Little or no appreication for the office workers that make the company successful. Advantage is a company that wants it all. You get them the gross profit and net profit that they want, but then they get mad that you didn't raise sales along with that. Your hands are tied and there is several levels to get even the smallest item approved. Very little faith in the field staff. If it wasn't the idea of upper management, it is not a good idea.
