Pros

pay on time (weekly) lunch once in 6 months have a good network all over US if you are looking for contract jobs

Cons

Pay less comparatively to the other staffing companies When you ask for a raise, they litteraly make you beg. If they know u are calling for raise in salary, they will not pick up phone for like 20 -25 days

Pros

Management is terrific. They are very supportive of their staff and encourage them to continuously build and augment their skill sets. If you are willing to put in the hours and be a top performer you will be rewarded. Benefits are terrific; pay is negotiable. With Advantage being in a people-oriented profession (employment services) all the managers and employees have a very strong customer-oriented base and a strong emphasis on maintaining positive human relations.

Cons

It is a very tough and stressful environment during peak periods; not everyone would be suited for the rigor of the job environment. It is very tough to be able to take time off when you need to; there is always something more to be done, especially when they are counting on you and no one else can really do what you're doing.
