Pros

Some staff who actually care about the company but shame the company does not care about the staff. Senior management are personal friends who protect each other and blame hard working staff for own failings

Cons

Massive changes have occurred in the company , no one has seen a representative from HR in any office for 4 months . Favoritism and bullying by the top they have now seen all these negative reviews and are no longer hiding their negative behavior. Talented staff are leaving , the company does not care about us. It seems if you are friends with a senior management you are safe and well looked after.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and we are sorry to hear that your experience with us, is not how you would have hoped. Since we announced the creation of our new Head Office in Sale, Cheshire our colleagues from HR have been spending time in each of our office locations, supporting our teams as we go through this period of change. As you will have seen from the weekly all company business announcements where we publish updated FAQ’s regarding this restructure, we have also published the first dates of the all employee round table discussions attended by both our Senior Management Team; UK Board Members and facilitated by HR. These events are an opportunity for the UK Leadership to answer employee questions and address any concerns our colleagues may have. These events are the first of many taking place across each of our regional locations in the run up to the opening of our new head office in June. Should you wish to speak with HR directly, the team can be reached on UKHRTeam@Advantageresourcing.com

Pros

Offices are close to public transport

Cons

The board do not care about you, whether you are a manager or not they don't care. They use everyone in the company for their own gain. None of them have any loyalty to the brand and are looking to move internally within the large organisation. Morale is at a all time low, nobody knows who they can trust, you are constantly worrying about your job. Worst of all the company use to stand for something and has some brilliant people working for them. They made some huge changes around a year ago and unfortunately have appointed the wrong person to a Senior position within the company. Since then people have turnt to bullying each other, managers are now told to micromanage their staff. Any structure that was there is gone, you will achieve nothing with them as they will control everything you do. The board oversee many departments most of which they have no knowledge of. The HR team have all left the company, leaving us with nobody to speak to and the sense that they knew something really bad was coming.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that your experience has not been as you would have hoped. There have been a number of changes within the UK business initiated when Recruit Holdings restructured to form Recruit Global Staffing in January 2018. This brought around some changes at the UK Board Level, strengthening the UK Management Board with experienced leaders from within the business who could develop and the growth strategy from the front. We appreciate that the recent annoucement to restructure our UK middle and back office functions from 4 regional office locations to a new head office based in Sale, Cheshire will be disappointing for many, no more so than those directly impacted by the change, however, we must ensure we future proof our business and provide the infrastructure we need in order to develop our sales business and grow our UK operations. As a current employee our HR Team would welcome the opportunity to discuss your feedback with you in a confidential manner. UKHRTeam@Advantageresourcing.com
