      The entire team is amazing with a heart for serving patients and fellow team members. The Fish Family environment is what differentiates Fish from all other organizations.

      Cons

      Remaining focused on caring out loud so patients understand why we do what we do and doing this Always is key for our patient satisfaction.

      Great culture, growing hospital, adding PCI and OB soon, fun place to work. Faith based company that values personal balance and employee wellness

      Sometimes staffing challenges, occasionally need to switch hospitals for a new job or growth. Occasionally hear that pay isn’t the highest but I haven’t seen that
