      Pros

      The people I work with...I know they always have my back! Leadership genuinely cares about what the front line thinks and continuously asks for ideas and solutions to issues.

      Cons

      Need more patient care techs. Also need to provide more training for new nurses. They are a great addition to the team, but it can be overwhelming when you're new.

      Pros

      Nice facilities and up to date equipment. Had in house training and ability to update certifications without having to go elsewhere.

      Cons

      More concerned with customer service than employees. Needed to have the classes for certifications / recertification more often or let more people in the classes at one time. Had to go on my days off sometimes.
