Vacation time, Laid back call out policies

Cons

Management and higher ups have the Wrong priorities, always adding responsibility but taking away resources, tons of “required” double charting on paper, phone calls on days off, never leave on time, Managers listen outside your door and document if you’re following the script with what they want you to say to patients, constant phone calls from managers about “when is tour discharge leaving”

Horrible Place to Work For RNs

They pay is average. I like my coworker Overall nice facility

Cons

The workload is over the top for floor nurses. Management does not care. RN's are disrespected harassed and stressed to the max. Management has no compassion and no clue. They are completely out of touch with how it is to be a nurse at Florida Hospital. Lars there is no healing ministry of Christ applied to our employees. Huge turnover and now they are worried about retention. Floors being staffed by grad nurses with a year of experience due to flight of experienced nurses.

1) Night shift differential is a little higher than Orlando Health 2) Beautiful campus 2) Cafeteria food is good

Cons

1) Lack of nursing assistants 2) Incompetent and backstabbing managers who do not support their staff 3) Incompetent and biased HR department 3) Discrimination against LGBT team members
