      Provides PTO and benefits and willing to accommodate schedules

      Cons

      Assigns jobs outside of your job description whether or not you can actually complete the task and thinks it's your fault, doesnt give bonus's for said tasks. doesn't pay as well as other hospitals for the same job. There's harrasment gone unchecked. Hard working people will get reprimanded while very openly lazy people will not. Will tell different employees different things. Open favoritism. They couldn't care less about their employees

      Pros

      Love the heartbeat of this company! The mission to share the healing ministry of Christ to treat the whole person: body, mind and spirit. My Manager and team lead are amazing and I love the people I work with.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of isn't really even a con. I'm just hoping they have more PBX full time openings so I can move up to full-time soon!
