Pros

Some staff are really nice.

Cons

catty staff, it’s like being in high school again. Not strong nurses threatened by anyone willing and able to do their job how it’s supposed to be done. Limited to what we can do- essentially a medication passer. Critical thinking unwelcome, just want to blindly follow orders.

Pros

Cafeteria is nice and new Small hospital

Cons

Management is toxic and untrustworthy on all levels Not safe for patients or staff PTO accrual is nothing Constantly not refilling positions after people left or retired leaving other staff to pick up double work Racist employees who get away with saying anything

Pros

The people who worked there tried their best with what they had,

Cons

The lab was very busy and there was staffed with minimal employees. The workload and stress was very high and management was poor at handling the situation. Did not pay people competitive salaries and the health insurance options were poor, especially for being in the healthcare industry.
