      Lovely location, beautiful environmental structure.

      Cons

      Discrimination against employees who are disable or appears different. Against changes. Older nurses are brutal towards younger ones, will steer you into disaster. Prejudice against people of certain ethnic backgrounds. Stereotype those who are not like them. Poor pay rates Overworked. Expensive benefits

      Pros

      Great team work, nice facility. Most of the docs are friendly and respectful, but there will always be a few who are not very pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Underpaid, of course. Management obsessed with productivity and margins unfortunately. Always being asked to do more with fewer resources and staff.

      Everyone is really nice, great team work from most people, managers are understanding

      Short staff, working every holiday, difficult to move to another shift, hospital caters mostly to day shift workers
