Waterman is a great place to work. The leadership team cares for the staff, it may not be all butterflies all the time because of how busy it gets but at the same time we work together and push through these hard times , I have nothing bad to say about where I work as I love it here. Every organization have faults but we all do have an opportunity to let our voices be heard and our opinion does count. They all may not be worked on the same time as we have hundreds of employees. Waterman does everything to make this a great work environment for staff and patients alike. I have been here for 2 years now and absolutely love my job. There are also opportunity for improvement you just have to keep checking the job board if you want a transfer. People tend to complain that their are no opportunities for moving up but do you check? Or are you not sure and just assume? Waterman has come along way since 2 years and what I have heard from the outside. We are a family and instead of looking at all the bad things within the family and pointing them out Why not let us be positive, work together to build our home/hospital and make it a better place to work and care for our pts. Our pts depend on us to provide the best care possible and that is why they come to us for care. It us continue to work together and instead of looking at all the negative consider working on being more positive and let us continue to build our relationships with staff and patients together.PS our CEO rocks!

I like working here because of the team work and support I get from my coworkers. Everyone is so driven to do what they do here and there is such a passion for healing. Don't get me wrong, there are some rough days in this field of work but I am so grateful to have a wonderful team there for me when I am having a rough day. Waterman offers many opportunities to be your best and advance in the areas you wish to.
