Pros

-Amazing coworkers. This place employs some of the best and brightest people I've ever met. -Great company culture -Incredible benefits including company events and on-site perks -Located on the American Tobacco Campus -Great learning opportunities for those who are motivated to learn -Company offers flexibility in many positions -Transparency from Senior Leadership

Cons

-You will have a bad time here if you don't know how to prioritize -Lots of changes, so adaptability is imperative -Typical growing pains of working at a startup

Co-workers are great but other things need a lot of work.

Pros

- Hands down some of the best co-workers I have ever had in my life - Cool location - Great healthcare options - Awesome bi-weekly company meetings and monthly fun company events - Good entrance into the start-up world - Potential for really cool services

Cons

- Very little room for progression with the company - No formal review process (which means no raise based on performance in 3 years) - Does not follow its core values of Transparency, Courage, or Commitment. - Mismanaged department organization - Leadership keeps teams from reaching their full potentials - Plays favorites with employees - Inability to follow through with promises and pledges - Severe lack of focus

Pros

The campus of the American Tobacco Campus is lovely. The medical/dental/vision benefits were decent. There are many considerate and kind people working at Adwerx. I am not sure they should stay.

Cons

Stated ‘values’ are not incorporated into decision-making or governing practices. Showboating and self-promotion are rewarded, not collaboration or team work. Professional development is nonexistent.
