Pros

Wage was competative and you were paid travel time.

Cons

Electrical super allowed his crew to be sexist and when you have an injury due to work, all he cared about was no missed time. Thinking outside of the box let alone for yourself was frowned upon. Even if you work just as hard as the guy next to you it's not enough to keep you working. Never seen a superintendent act like such a drama queen over every little thing.

Big company, good benefits, overall as a package is enticing

Cons

This company drives you to the ground. They expect you to work long hours, without overtime pay. The entire company is riddled with politics and terrible treatment to their employees. Managers micromanage, are constantly on vacation or golfing and upper management supports this behaviour. Upper management is not helpful at all and neither is HR at this company, they are running a gong show. The few people who are doing their job right don’t get rewarded and are put in awkward situations
