I worked with Aegis many years ago for about six years, I decided to join another company (same industry) due to a promotion and enjoyed working for them as it gave me a different perspective on the industry. I then decided to take a job close to home and was with that company for six years. In those years, even though they were good companies, I yearned for the wonderful culture that Aegis embodies. Aegis is truly employee centric and take a deep dive into keep staff engaged and happy. It's a great culture with great quality staff. I am also very happy that since staff are happy and engaged, it creates better care and service to the residents. Aegis has a very high staff to resident ratio, then any other company that I have worked with.

Aegis living is a company that offers many opportunities to those that put in effort and show interest in moving up in the company. This is not a job or a place you come to get a paycheck. This is a company that represents the love of doing the absolute best we can for our residents. Caring for our residents as if they were our own family is what the foundation of what we do and our teams live this every day. If I did not passionately believe in what we do at Aegis Living I would not be here. The people that work at this company are overall some of the nicest and smartest people you will find. If you feel like you want to make a difference and you are a people centric person this just might be a place you will fit in nicely.
