Pros
Feels very welcoming and empowering at first while you are most impressionable and useful
Cons
Bullying environment. A few "special" employees will remain over 1-2 years. Staff mostly students. Only "special" employees will ever progress in the organization if brought in to the management clique. Will gaslight employees, protect themselves at all costs by bullying, belittling, and retaliating against employees who cause any "problem" or deemed not likable by upper management. Company only care about profit at the top tier executive level. Multi-million dollar organization pays employees far below competitive caregiver wages and throw a charity "christmas party" where employees can pick out free coat and toy for their children (due to the fact nobody can afford to live on the wage they pay- literal proof of top of the organization knowing employees can't afford to buy christmas gifts or pay for basic needs for themselves let alone family. Meanwhile owner parks a 250K+ vehicle out front just to make sure all the employees picking up their "charity" items are sure to remember how little they matter or are valued financially. Also will go over the top with trying to convince you how "ethical" and "employee focused" they are as an organization upon hire in an exaggerated and meritless way.
