Place that cares about its employees. Work life balance days every month. Virtual first remote work policy. Stipends for office equipment. They care for their people. Company’s adding I think 30 people right now. Doing cutting edge things in the marketing and advertising space to score ads using purchase data.

More work as a lot of new clients coming on, means we have to fill open hires

I quickly learned the org I was hired into created a great work culture. And that can only be set from the top down. The culture encouraged collaborative approach to tackling issues, transparency in communication, individual career development, and sharing the knowledge gained amongst work peers. Work/life balance is great as well.

Cons

This is a fast evolving industry which can be stressful at times.
