The company has some wonderful people who come through, just as other people here have said. It is extremely clear where management puts its main focus. Do they put focus on the basis of their business that generates revenue? Goodness no! They focus on other projects while severely undercutting the departments that handle the basis of their business. Very unstable technology, even after being "fixed". Crashes a lot. Many workers spend time with mindless tasks that should be filtered out by now, but management does nothing to fix these concerns. Customers go unaccounted for in the horrendous process and people get very angry with us. Pay is mediocre but not terrible.

Today Affinity laid off at least 15 employees. Don't believe the hype by management posted here. Blog? Space? Who cares about blog and 'space'? They are crazy. Do not look at obvious management hype! They are cutting staff then they held a lame meeting 'explaining.' Everyone here is planning an EXIT. Morale is zero. Our friends and the best employees are gone. Stay away from the train wreck. CEO tried to sell it. He's an idiot. Woman whose in charge. she's crazy.
