Pros
Most people here are very laid back. They let some people work from home all the time. There are a lot of people in upper management, so there is a good chance that you'll be promoted to VP of something if you just wait long enough.
Cons
There are a lot of cliques in the office. In some of the departments, there is a total lack of leadership. They can be very juvenile and exclusive. There are often times disagreements between the different groups and it's just hard to get things done in that sort of environment.
