      Missing the million dollar idea

      Pros

      Lots of available desks and monitors.

      Cons

      A lot of products have been scrapped. First navigator, then the cashinator, at this point no one knows where things are going. What's missing is an actual product to sell. The decision to realign the business and put all our efforts into fax instead of email is risky, but maybe it will all pay off in the end. The loyalty business isn't dead, it's just become too digital and we need to go with the times.

      Possible to develop client relationships and good contacts outside of the company

      Cons

      Management is unfortunately very out of touch and spends too much time thinking about how to spin something instead of actually changing the culture. Below average pay, no real room to grow. People leave regularly and we are supposed to pick up their work load without extra compensation.

      1) Company has lots of opportunities to grow. 2) In very few companies employees has opportunities to work on different tools and platforms, it enhances personal and professional growth. A chance to learn everything new in the market while your working, is a dream for many people and Affinity provides that. 3)Flexible timings and vacation hours.

      Cons

      Combination of bad management and very few bad employees. Same mistakes keep repeating over and over, NO ONE is interested in fixing the issues. No Subject matter experts. Everyone wants to pinch in without any knowledge. Losses every opportunity in hand because some people do not understand or forgot what was discussed earlier. Never ending discussions.
