      Pros

      Some good people filter through here. You may get to work with some and share a good laugh about your day to day. Office is in a pretty great location, which makes it easier to access for those unrewarded holidays and weekends you'll be working.

      Cons

      This company is lost and without leadership. Departments are overextended with mindless tasks due to outdated technology combined with poor to no project management oversight. Managers and department heads would rather pass blame then make the appropriate corrections for successful client deliveries. Expect to waste time on constant project detours due to lack of vision.

      Pros

      Fun, young people to work with in a relaxed environment.

      Cons

      The company is essentially a ticking time bomb. What seems like simple work for a client turns out to be a nightmare when the go live date comes. Blame is thrown around like a hot potato (especially by some of the more "senior" employees who fear their job security). Everyone is then forced to work late and receive little to no reward/praise. If you are on the wrong side of a certain exec, you're out of luck here.

      Regardless almost manual style of handling the job clients put up with it. Some good young talent

      some of the managers are watching more for themselves than for the company based on their "company veteran" status.
