I love my bosses. Company continuing to grow fast (last town hall they showed almost 60%). Great people. Flexible work hours. Bad postings from others are fake.

People care here. I am part of the same group that sees reviews here that don’t reflect the work environment and care about the company. It’s unfortunate that former managers who couldn’t hack it at Affinity are allowed to share untrue things just to harm the company. What goes around comes around. Community events, good work-life balance (I can work from home some days), constructive feedback from my manager, I have autonomy,

I am part of a data engineering team and very much like the opportunity at Affinity. Nice camaraderie and chance to grow. Several of us don’t like some of the postings and believe they don’t represent the work environment here. It’s a much better place in the last few months after some changes to the management team.
