Business Outlook
Pros
Affinity has a great network of diverse people who are down to Earth and smart and they make you feel as if you were in a community with people who are your equals instead of your boss or leader. I went from temp to full time employee and it was a smooth transition. The leaders of each department do a good job at communicating to all of Affinities employees the goals of the company and it's future.
Cons
It can sometimes take a long time to hear back from managers regarding smaller queries. Sometimes things can get swiped under the rug more easily if it isn't an immediate problem but could be in the future.
