Pros

-Casual Dress -Unlimited Vaca Days after 1 year (approval from manager required) -Free water and pens for all employees

Cons

- Absolutely horrible management and executives, minus one good guy. - Unorganized and unfocused employees who lack training and at times common sense. - Terrible technology...Absolutely everything breaks down always. - Blame gets passed around like a hot potato. - Endless meetings - Employees come and go constantly because they realize they are either to smart to stay on a sinking ship. - Salaries are a joke. - No path for growth unless you are connected to the hip of a certain executive overlord. - No bonus and getting a deserved raise for hard work is like jumping the White House fence and getting in the building (one guy did it) <- unless you are upper management.

Pros

Like my role as an individual contributor. Interesting projects. Passionate about them. . Commitment appears to be given to hard, smart working employees. . Opinions and initiative appreciated. Willing to hear contrary opinions and engage in healthy discussions. Company is successful. Growing revenues and employees.Jonathan Silver, as CEO, has established top management leadership positions with goals to implement the vision, mission and strategy of Affinity Solutions. Have managerial strengths in several key positions including: CFO, EVP of Strategic Client Management, EVP of Business Development, several executives to implement Retail Sales and a COO responsible for Product and Marketing, Analysis & Strategy and a Chief Technology Officer. The executives are hard working, really interested in growing the business and care about employees.

Cons

Encourage more informal communication between departments. May want to institute informal reviews during the year before the annual performance review.
