None, really. Office culture is entirely nonexistent.

Cons

Kind of a lousy place all around, no company culture or personality. Has a real Napoleon Complex about who they are: what they do, the size of the company, their stature in the industry. This isn't some innovative tech company or Goldman Sachs -- they make online retail discount coupons (spam, in other words).

The people are great. Social atmosphere, casual dress. That's about it.

Cons

Management doesn't know what they're doing. Expect to work to death plus more and no additional compensation. On-call 24/7. People do a piece of the work and then wash they're hands free and let their mistakes be the next persons problem.
