      Pros

      There used to be free candy and snacks but we can't afford them anymore. So I guess this is more of a historical Pro.

      Cons

      Too many to list...This company is a collection of bad ideas, wrong hires, and lies. That is all you need to know. If you're thinking about applying here, save yourself before it's too late.

      Pros

      The biggest office perk is probably free coffee.

      Cons

      Incompetence is one thing, however, the biggest problem is the leadership team being completely detached from the day-to-day activities of the company. Also, no one wants to do any actual work. Whenever there is something to be done, the first question is "how can we NOT do this?" - I don't even blame anyone for this anymore because after years of mismanagement, absolutely no one believes or trusts anyone. No matter how many stories you make up.

      I thought long and hard about this and got nothing

      If you read some of the newer reviews here, you can easily tell that they have been written by the executive team, which is sad enough on its own. It just proves the point that instead of trying to think about why employees are unhappy, you prefer to come up with fairy tales about how great everything is. There are no "positive changes" being made here other than people moving on to real companies
