      Pros

      Some nice people. Casual dress. Work from home if needed.

      Cons

      Unprofessional approach. Department heads are a joke. Management is the woman who really runs things for the owner either screaming or saying she loves everyone. Owner is totally out of touch and lets her go crazy. Earlier reviews are on target. Amateurs.

      There are some kind people here. Those that will go the extra mile to mentor you and assist you. These are the people you can build not only a work relationship with but also a friendship.

      -Low balls you on salary -People throw you under the bus -not everyone is on the same page

      All that pointless standing about and waiting day after day always starting all over again without any prospect of change, will wear a man down and make him doubtful, and ultimately incapable of anything but that despairing standing about.
