In the past year changes that heavily affected the team in terms of pay, holidays, OT, and PTO were announced almost day of with almost no warning. - Company has initiated the practice of screen recording with seemingly little to no testing. This has caused slow down on employees work stations that impact their handle times. - Management seems overworked and has little time to address employee concerns, or in some cases outright ignores concerns.

Too many meetings and emails. Terrible management and leadership. Everything is about playing the game. Good luck getting promoted with the current calibration and politics if you’re hoping to get by just off doing good work.
