XLT lied month after month reassuring workers that no layoffs would occur. People first and Transparency should definitely be taken off of their core values

Pros

Affirm is a great organization with good benefits, people team puts a lot of care into the employee wellbeing. ERG and CG's are the best part of Affirm. Product has a lot of potential and definitely cares about the customers

Cons

Customer Operations leadership needs to realize the damage that has been made to the org. Majority of the employees on the org are unhappy with the senior leadership, there is no clear path for development. Few leaders on the org are rude and arrogant to their direct reports and still get away with it, feedback means nothing to them as there is no action even after multiple employees were impacted.
