Pros
Creating classes and events for school youth is a very rewarding experience. Great experience if you are in the educational field (learn about different school districts) The kids are awesome and teach you a lot. A lot positive experiences for youth (field trips, free gifts, conferences, sporting events, etc) Good experience to learn how to manage a team (budgeting, hiring, holding meetings, payroll etc)
Cons
No room for growth in the company; only people who get promotions are because they have sucked up to management. Rarely anyone gets a raise. Very little to none support from management and they also love to micromanage. School administration sees program as a baby sitting program and quickly to blame the program if something goes wrong during after-school hours.
