Pros

Hardworking and dedicated staff. Most who stay longterm take pride in being able to help contribute to the families in need. They love what they do!

Cons

Does not promote a team environment as there is much distrust among employees and corporate senior management. Senior leadership takes very little accountability which, unfortunately, contributes to low employee morale and a high turnover rate.

Poor Management

Pros

Easy work. Low Expectations. Great coworkers.

Cons

If you show even a small amount of pride in your work, the executives will take extreme advantage of you. Workplace retaliation is rampant here, and no one does anything. The executives are not here to help the employees, they are here to grow the business; but this has lead to the worst numbers we have had in 3 years. Morale is at an all-time low, and unless the executive team changes their management styles, things will only get worse and they will lose great employees that care about what they do.

Pros

Aftermath provides a safe and fair working environment. Upper management has an open door policy encouraging employees to ask questions and bounce new thoughts off of them.

Cons

Sometimes can be slow to consider new ideas. "We've tried something like that in the past." However, they allow you to prove them otherwise.
