Pros

Growing company that is hiring talented leadership and changing the culture for the better. Helping families during difficult times is very rewarding work.

Cons

Sometimes changing the culture takes longer than many would like.

Good company to work for

Pros

Aftermath cares about their people. They show this by supportive and transparent management and providing a good atmosphere which encourages personal growth. The company provides a good work/life balance and is accommodating when personal/family issues arise. I’ve always been treated with respect and given the opportunity to work around problems when they come up.

Cons

Because they are a 24/7 business, sometimes working hours are outside of normal business hours, however, I’ve always been afforded flexibility in setting my working hours.

I know that our schedule can be unpredictable, and because we understand and recognize that unpredictability, we provide our employees with as much flexibility and work/life balance as we can. We are fortunate to have a committed team, both at the home office and in the field, to make these accommodations possible. It has been personally rewarding to be able to lead such a dedicated team that shares so much enthusiasm and passion for helping families.

Pros

I have never worked for a company like this, the management will you help you when you need it and there is an ongoing support throughout the company. With an open door policy in their communication, this company is committed to its employees, the service they provide, and continuing to grow and enrich the company culture. This career presents challenges, and the opportunity to experience a different work environment - nothing is ever the same. The service provided is very unique and incredibly gratifying. You get what you give and then some.

Cons

Working on call 24/7 is a big commitment.
