Pros

Great team members and managers. Very supportive and personable. Some of the best managers I have ever had. The work was pretty straight forward but could be challenging.

Cons

If I could offer one piece of advice: never leave a position you enjoy—even if another opportunity offers more money. In hindsight, I wish I had followed the lead of several senior reps who chose to stay put. I accepted a role in a different department that didn’t align with my strengths or interests, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to return to my original position in roadside assistance. I was a good employee, I met company metrics, received good reviews from customers, I was reliable, but despite applying several times since I left, I haven’t received a response. It’s a lesson I carry with me: job satisfaction and fit matter more than a title or a pay bump.

Pros

Friendly training staff Supportive managers Helpful team members Extensive training. Generous UTO opportunities. Easy to navigate systems Remote opportunities

Cons

There is confusion with team leads and management about the correct way to do things. They separate the training into 3 parts and pay you the same amount no matter what -even though the job gets harder. Told us there would be a pay raise, but backed out on it and offered a 15$ grubhub coupon as compensation. Once you get past phase one the job gets 10x harder and you're not allowed to stay in phase one. They wanted you to call non emergency for tow truck recommendations if you couldnt find a tow company to help you within 3 tries. This could have changed by now. The tow truck companies dont want to get paid from agero so they wont work with you unless you offer a gift card that your managers have to approve. If you have a medical emergency and no time to cover it, kiss your job goodbye because managers dont care about your well being, just who will cover your position. Moving up in the company can be hard.
