5yWorking from home has presented a wide array of new challenges to us and our agents. Pre Covid, if you needed help you could look to your left, look to your right or put up your hand and a dozen people would be ready to help in your time of need (yes, it's that type of culture!). Today, that helpline is chat which we're continually working to refine, add resources and generally improve to ensure agents new and experiences can get timely help. It's not perfect but it's improving with the help of feedback such as this so thank you for taking the time to respond!

5yI understand it can be enormously frustrating to start and not have all the tools and systems you need to start which is why the onboarding experience is a continuing point of focus for us - always need to be getting better. We've automated a large number of processes to ensure the right information is delivered at the right time but are still working to get systems access right. Thanks for the feedback!
