Pros

Work life balance is there. Each day is different. The clients that I worked with were spectator. I enjoyed my boss that I worked with. She took some of the night training and with me having younger kids I truly appreciate that.

Cons

After holding this position for a bit I interviewed to become a recruiter. Was interviewed, but told nothing else. When I first started told I was working between the hours of 8am to 9pm, which wasn't true. As a trainer you have to train based on the needs of the clients. I was also told I was up for the first bonus, never saw that. Insurance cost was high and coverage was lacking.

Pros

The interview process was the most advanced I've ever seen. They sent me a highly produced PDF with advice and guidance on what to expect, what to wear, and the best ways to prepare for my Agero-specific interview. My interview was in between Christmas and New Years, a notoriously difficult time of year to get more than a couple of people together for any purpose, but the entire interview team seemed to bend over backwards to make sure I was able to meet key people in their Medford office, and then their SF office (over video conference). Work/life balance is a big thing here, and they've been very generous and understanding regarding family obligations. These things are not concerns here. The new building is fantastic and it has great views of the Malden River. I've only been here a month, but I've got nothing but good things to say about the company, the work, my boss, my peers, etc.

Cons

None, really. If I had to come up with one right now, it's that cell access is spotty in the immediate area and in the building.

Thank you for the feedback - thrilled to hear you are enjoying the environment and the food! Contact Center's are challenging but rewarding roles - our local leadership team works hard to ensure associates are supported in their day to day but most importantly, feel valued and its all the little things that matter. Sounds like its coming through loud and clear for you. As for career pathing, you are right -there are limited options outside of the phones in our site. That being said, the career paths within contact center roles are significant - whether you are interested in other products, becoming a supervisor there is no shortage of opportunity and additional compensation. I would encourage you to speak with your supervisor or the local HR team if you are interested in learning more. Good luck and thank you for the review.
