Pros

Excellent growth prospects, both personally and as a company; great benefits; employees are treated very well; the chairman, Mr. Wolk, is very visible and friendly. No one here is treated like they are "inferior" to anyone; the pay is excellent at every level. I can't say enough good things about Agero -- it's been very, very good to me in my two years here. It's hard to find the kind of stability and opportunity that you get here in today's world. This company is run the right way and everyone from the top down goes out of their way to make sure morale is up.

Cons

Growth came to fast and many employees are overwhelmed; some departments are understaffed; problems with some software-driven processes. Very numbers-driven, but who isn't?

Pros

Good pay, good benefits package, good hours and schedule

Cons

Customers can be really mean people. It would be great if just once you could tell a really nasty customer off. Immediate Supervisors know less than the employees most of the time. And all the number crunching is a real headache. The average handleing times I think should be looked at. There just a little to low to provide really excellant customer service.
