      Pros

      Good benefits: 401K matching, pension if you have been working there before they got rid of it, health, dental, vision. Can be a great place to work if your immediate manager is good Your experience in this company highly depends on which group you are in

      Cons

      Everyone is nice on the surface, but there is a lot of back stabbing and territorialism going on. This place is not a good place for women to work. There are very few women in upper management. It's still an old boys network.

      Long term employees are great

      Cons

      The transformation team doesn't seem to have a pulse on the employees. Horrible communications. They say a work stream is to take care of one topic, but use the excuse to layoff people the team doesn't like. So out of touch! CEO seems to be in the clouds, firing long term amazing employees. Hiring and promoting "yes" people.

      Management focuses on bureaucracy instead of growth Stock price is in a tailspin despite extensive cost cutting Impossible to get funding for projects or commercializations Website is broken and fixes are put in a queue that is months long Travel does not exist even to critical conferences or customers Senior managers issue demands and expect only "Yes sir\Yes mam" even when requests defy the laws of physics
