Pros

Good Team Members & Benefits

Cons

If you like to work in a hostile work environment this is the place for you. If you like to get threats of your job going to India this place is for you. All upper management cares about is call hold times. They claim they care about the customer but when the customers are leaving because they are not getting the results agreed in the contracts something is wrong. Employee's have left the company and not being replaced causing work overload on employees that are currently here. Two rounds of layoffs which causes more work overload on employees still here. The jobs are being sent to India which the CEO's family member owns. Board members need to take a look at what is happening to there investment.

Fire the CEO!

Pros

People at the individual collaborator and middle manager level (what's left of them)

Cons

I can join most of the other recent negative reviews here. The new CEO is completely focused on operational efficiency at any cost, and in the year that he's been here has: - given everyone a salary cut, via a modification to the bonus pool program that all but guarantees no bonus at the end of the year. This effectively makes compensation here below market level. - retains a large base salary, instead of chipping in on the operational efficiency idea and refusing the base (as the most stock option rich officers, CEOs don't really need salaries anyway) - forced heavy expansion of R&D into India. In fact, all of new hires are brought in over there, and most of them are junior level. This will spell disaster for product quality, innovation & motivation. - due to all of the above, caused huge outflow of best engineers and managers (apparently, I'm not alone in my critical assessment).

Short-sighted, investing in the wrong things.

Pros

Flexible. Competitive pay. Autonomy for skilled people if you're lucky enough to get the right supervisor.

Cons

Lackluster benefits. Low investment in people. New CEO is either incredibly short-sighted or just positioning the company for a sale before he makes an exit. 1950s corporate culture.
