The 1st tier and base line workers are a class act. Time off

Cons

C-Level and all management - got to go. Worst CEO yet - oh and why are all the jobs going to INDIA??? most job replacements are by team members who can only support those working overseas - this was not a necessary change - self serving for CEO Ramesh and his cohorts Running company into the ground eliminating /limiting the benefits: work from home, PTO, Health Insurance, 401K one at a time Layoff to help "meet company financial quarterly goals"-

Terrible Place to work (AVOID)

Pros

Tier 1, Tier 2 and some of the developers are really nice and work really hard for this terrible company

Cons

The product itself is poorly made and rushed. They often break more than they fix when doing Bug fixes and cause major CC issues for their client's. The CEO only cares about moving jobs overseas to his hometown in India where he is now building a development center again. The managers in each of the departments are often fighting with one another, abusive to the staff, expect more than they give back and spend a ton of time putting their employees down instead of building them up
