Pros
Larger Equipment company on the west coast, on paper seems like a great place to work, showed impressive numbers.
Cons
Just ok pay for the hours and stress involved. Unrealistic and unachievable goals. Upper management would rather throw stones than come down and show you how its done. Poor training, big talk yet no one can deliver what they seek because a company starts at the top and this one fails miserably.
