Worst management of all time Crooked owner who fires even the most loyal of employees with no regard

Leadership is an joke. I met the president early in my employment. He’s an absolute moron who went around the room making empty value assessments of everyone based on nothing more than blind speculation or some vague recollection that had stumbled into that empty head of his. (Not to mention vulgar language, making statements on employee race, age and sexual orientation) My direct supervisors were clowns. Their bosses were clowns. I sat in meetings with NAMs and they and their bosses were incompetent clowns. I asked a seasoned employee, whom I actually liked and was good at his job , what was the best part of working here for his x of years and he said “the paycheck”. I asked him to expound and he just shook his head and said, “This place is awful”. He wasn’t lying. Bottom line: if you’re a middling used car salesman, a kid out of college or love sitting around with a bunch of mouth-breathers beating a MAGA drum, then this place is for you. SALES PROFESSIONALS: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
